The major steps that have made CMI the specialist in weapon systems for light armoured vehicles
Designer of a family of 90 mm weapon systems from the beginning of the 1970s. World-renowned for the design of the Mk3 sold in more than 2300 models in the world, in particular through the transfer of a manufacturing licence to the company Engesa in Brazil.
Designer and integrator of turrets since 1980 with the CM90 which later became the CSE90.
Development of the Mk8 gun and of the LCTS90 weapon system at the beginning of the 1990s for which marketing began in 1993. CMI obtained a first order in 1997.
From 2002, the development and finalising of an innovative new weapon system taking advantage of the experience from the LCTS90 and the CSE90. Called the CT-CV™ Weapon System, this new system is equipped with a 105 mm calibre gun with advanced technology. It was introduced at the Eurosatory Exhibition (France) in 2004 and successfully demonstrated in September 2005.
