Profile of a team rich through diversity

The CMI Group employs more than 3.600 people (permanent and short-term employees) mainly in Germany, Belgium, Brazil, China, the United States, France, India, Luxembourg and Russia. On a daily basis, they deploy their skills and capabilities in industrial projects of varying length and scope in order to design and improve the reliability of the customers’ equipment.

Their jobs, whether technical or commercial, regularly lead them to the four corners of the world. Consequently, they are naturally most sensitive to cultural differences, which results in high-quality contacts with their customers and partners. Passionate about technology, they develop their expertise in association with the project management and the satisfaction of the customers, whether in Engineering or in Maintenance. Well trained, they enjoy accumulating performances within multidisciplinary teams.
