Push-Pull pickling lines are used for processing individual coils without strip joining, ensuring an excellent operational flexibility. These lines provide the most suitable solution for frequently changing strip dimensions and steel grades, along with non-weldable material. The specific design of these lines make them the only practical means for de-scaling heavy gauge coiled product. Our unique v-shaped tank design facilitates the threading of the strip through the pickling tank. As there is no strip accumulator in the line, this technology is the easiest to operate and is the most cost-effective method for hot band finishing requirements. Applications range from the typical service centre to the high production requirements of the largest mini mills.
